Why is Motorcycle Safety and Awareness Important?
Motorcyclist Larry Shares His Thoughts
“Mainly, people don’t pay attention to people out there on the road. They just act like you’re not there. Roger about got run over twice yesterday. So, they’re just not noticing us out there. I don’t know why they don’t, because usually all the bikes has got their lights on and trying to be careful out there. So I just think it’s very important that they pay attention.”

“I’m riding a Harley Trike. My bike burnt, the 22nd of February, in my building. I have a biker wear wholesale. I’m commercial, and we had a big fire over there. Usually I’m working, selling stuff out here at this ride. We sell all kinds of biker wear. But, I just happened so I don’t have to work, so I’m out playing, enjoying this awareness ride.”

Motorcyclist Rodger Shares His Thoughts
“Well, like Larry said, people just not paying attention. They’re on their cell phones. They’re in a hurry. And, they just don’t pay attention. It makes it dangerous for all of us bikers out there, all of us riders. They need to slow down. Like it says, “Look twice, save a life,” man. Oh man, I’ve been riding off and on all my life.”
About Rodger’s Motorcycle
“This is a 2000 Honda Stateline. I’ve had it for about two years now. And, I love it. I ride it every chance I get. Every time that sun’s out, I’m riding.”
