It is very sad…
Sad that safety conditions at a trucking corporation must become this horrible before corrective action is taken.

Prudential Carriers, Inc., so you might think “prudent,” right ? Well, maybe, but certainly not timely.
Why does it take so long before someone finally steps in and says “enough” ?!
We have state and federal regulations that govern the trucking corporations on our roads, to keep you and I and our families safe, everyone in our communities.
As a child of the 50’s, I can’t help but recall and hear in my head the taunting and sweet lyrics asking the same questions that apply here:
How many times can a man turn his head and pretend that he just doesn’t see?
How many deaths will it take till he knows that too many people have died?

And, finally, it is a good thing to have trial attorneys, such as my colleagues and me, to pick up the pieces and mend the broken families and lives after the disasters, but it would be far better for the trucking corporations to strictly heed the safety rules upfront and avoid the senseless harms and losses altogether.
